Lesson 7: The "HOLD" in ever increasing HIGH distractions.

>In a separate training session, not back to back, do Part 2 of the "HOLD". See the video of me working Moxie on a tree stump below.  This was part of Moxie's HOLD Part 2 practices towards the end of her week. 
Here's the sequencing for this Part 2 this week.
  1. Do a 5 second HOLD with distractions
  2. Do a 10 second HOLD with distractions
  3. Do a 20 second HOLD with distractions
  4. Do a 40 second HOLD with distractions
  5. Do a 60 second HOLD with distractions
  6. Do another 90 second HOLD with distractions
