I moved around too much to accommodate Molly during the first try, so this afternoon we tried again, this time using place boards as Roxanne suggested. They helped remind to keep my feet from moving. We did 10 retrieves with one EC.

I wanted to make sure Molly could do the stair test after taking a week off. We went to the junior high near our house. There was a soccer practice going on so there were distractions.
We’re a little behind because of our vacation to Florida via Colorado! I’ve been watching the Week 9 videos and practicing with Molly for about 5 days. I thought we’d give the test a whirl. Here it is.
I have to work on the SSIF. She’s a little cockeyed probably because I’m pulling her in from the side??
So as I said don’t move your left leg until (if needed) before they move towards the dumbbell. Which I did right after saying don’t. do record your practice. Watching will help you know if your doing it correctly in the moment.
